It is highly advised to use professional hair care products specifically designed for extensions. These products are formulated to nourish and protect the hair, maintaining its health and shine. By using professional products, you can ensure that your extensions receive the essential nutrients they need, preventing damage and prolonging their lifespan.
We understand that maintaining the quality of your hair extensions is important to you, but unfortunately, these factors are beyond our control. Fading can occur due to prolonged exposure to the sun or the use of certain hair products containing chemicals that may cause discoloration. Similarly, sunscreen and harsh water can also lead to damage and fading of the extensions. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully consider these factors before purchasing hair extensions as we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange in such cases.

Regular Maintenance
Take care of your hair extensions diligently. Use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner as per your stylist's advice. Let the conditioner absorb into the extensions before rinsing. Keep them well-nourished by applying a leave-in conditioner after each wash.
To ensure your hair extensions are protected from heat damage, be sure to always use a good heat protectant before styling hair.
Schedule Regular Maintenance Appointments
We strongly advise that you schedule a regular move up every 6-8 weeks.
Allow Extra Styling Time
Plan on investing an extra 30-45 minutes in styling, as all hair extensions require more time and attention for proper upkeep to enhance the longevity of your new hair. The dedication to care will pay off in the end.
Brushing and Sleeping with Hair extensions
Start by brushing your hair from the bottom, then gently move upwards to the top. Never sleep with wet hair and always ensure your extensions are dry to prevent tangles. At night, loosely braid your hair extensions to maintain their quality.
Stylists must apply for an account to receive our stylist pricing. Once your application is submitted, please allow up to 24 hours for your information to be reviewed and accepted. If accepted, you will receive a confirmation email to complete your account set-up.
